The resources of Beta reside with the constituent partners and are grouped in Beta on a contractual basis. The constituent partners are committed to a minimum capacity to be made available for five years. The partners’ administrative bodies carry out the administrative control of the resources. The constituent partners assign new members of the scientific faculty within the area of the Beta school. The Executive Board gives the constituent partners’ boards advice concerning candidate selection.
